But what about the fees if he doesn't get the car back, won't I be held responsible? I think with the dude facing DUI & driving on a suspended license charges, plus currently still being locked up, I doubt he will go get the car back? I looked it up on sac county jail, & it looks like the dude is locked up with no bail... [/QB][/QUOTE]
