When is the next track event? When do I have to enter by? What all do I need to have safety wise? Do I need to take any classes first?

Didn't you just ask this same question a couple of months ago?

NCRC Racing
Nasaproracing
SCCA
Hooked on Driving

Go to those sites, read the rules, look up the event dates and enter. It's pretty simple.
