There is no way that this would cost anywhere close to this if I pieced it together.

Actually, that is about the going rate. The cables were only reproduced in the last year or so. Prices start at $26 each.

Rarely do you you need all 3. You can get by with a generic positive cable.

Motorcraft wc8902 is an excellent substitute for the positive cable at $15.

Nothing is cheap any more unless it’s garbage.

What about the ground cable??

Motorcraft wc8699 $30. At Rockauto or $50 at your local Ford dealer..
