Hey guys, my T5 keeps popping out of reverse as soon as I slowly release the clutch pedal. It grinds going into 1st and doesnt go east to west very easily, and will not spring back to neutral between 3-4 gear.

You need to remove your transmission and open it up. Are you asking what is wrong with your transmission?
