*going all motor for now so what do I need befor I get the tune done?
*do I need more injector then 24s?
*is the 340 fuel pump I have too much?
*what should I set my timing to?
*what should I set my fuel pressure too?
*any other tips you guys have that have done the 351 swap or am I missing anything?

I’d look into a Pro-M EFI, no need to pay a tuner a dime and you can change your combo 100 times and never need to re-tune the car.

Fuel pump is fine, check an injector calculator timing is 10* and fuel pressure is 39-40psi with the vacuum line disconnected.

Injectors will be near their peak. 325-350HP. I would keep them.
