Does anyone know what spark gap should be for a 347stroker

It's not that critical. Higher compression and boosted applications need a smaller gap. Put on some good copper plugs like NGK, Autolite, Motorcraft around .040".

It's N/A.. 9.5 compression.

Stock gap and copper plugs are good for a N/A 9.5:1 compression motor.
