Can i use 91 octane if the car has been tuned to 100 octane [Confused]

No you cannot, it has to be retuned for 91 or else you will have problems.

So it would have to be re tuned

And do you know if there is a fuel additive they can add to bring up the octane

There's 104 octane additive but some say it works some say it doesn't you can try it and see how the car feels. If it keeps trips out you should retune for 91. Do you know the compression ratio on that motor? If the compression is over 11:1.1 it's recommended you run 94+

My brother has done it in the past but just don't step on it? you should be OK as long you just cruise, Them when you finish the 91 gas just go back to 100 as long you don't lean out you should be ok. shit or just mix it with 100octane lol we also done that just like I said don't get on it [burnout]
