If you have no cel except for when the maf is unplugged you could try a base idle reset

you can also try an adjustable IAC plate from early 90's taurus. It has two adjustable set screws and goes in between the IAC and throttle body. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. You can find them at just about any junkyard.

If say 120+ miles and other parts replaced still no change, this will not take a long time but there is that metal tube that connects each head together , this is located in the rear between motor and firewall. I believe two half inch bolts connect this, remove it and see if it's plugged up or almost? If so heads and intake are getting Carbon'd up and the car is struggling to breath. This is my thought or could be as simple as the tps sensor out of balance and you may need to recalibrate.

That pipe is a PITA to remove and will not effect the idle.

Clean or replace your IAC Valve and do the same to your EGR.
