So I want to order the maximum motor sports grip box for track. It's asking for rear size diameter for the sway bar but I don't know what size to get and also front and rear spring rates also don't know what to get for mainly canyon and street/track use.. Need some help on this!

Would like to have his suspension kit for my 70
