So my cluster worked fine yesterday and now nothing works. Instrument cluster lights up and turn signals work but, still none of my gauges work. Checked fuses and all are good. What could it be??

Worm drive and gear are probably toast lmr has them in a set very easy to replace

Sounds like the classic failure of the Foxbody ignition switch which is located on the lower half of the steering column.

if it's a 98, it uses a digital speedo and all the gauges are digital.

Sounds like a blown fuse, did you check both fuse boxes (inside car and under the hood) ?

Has this happend to anyone else before? and yes it's a 98 cobra. I will try to change fuses and see if that works. It's hard to know what it is though, turn signals work and cluster lights up but, the rest including mileage meter don't work. Should I replace the whole cluster?

Pull out a DVM and start checking wires.

hopefully this will help
