check for loose wires going to the starter or battery. Also look for corrosion and clean it up if you see any on the terminals.

Can you bump start it at the starter relay on the fender?

Eliminate the problem by buying a 92 starter with a solenoid already on it. Way better, 89 did the same shit. Wiring is a little different but google is your friend.

So I changed the ground wire from the battery to block, car started fine yesterday, jus took it to get gas I was drivin it all day, had to push start it at the gas station..my next fix would be to change the starter , I have changed the solonoid 2 times..

Recheck your newly added ground wire, tug on see if it moves. Also be sure your new ground wire is grounded to the inner body. If all good besides you say the solenoid is good, starter. Not much to starting system. Also I'll throw this in is the ignition switch ok? Does it look like it's starting to jiggle or look like it's starting to separate .

Ok, so you do still have the clicking sound or it won't crank at all? Like the above comment, double check the wires.

I drove it all day yesterday was fine, turned the car on and off multiple times, it was fine..today morning it started with the key but left me stranded in the lot after I turned it off.. Had to push it again to start..so when it's not turnin on it's jus click sound, car doesn't get turn over.. It's been running good for few days..what could it be? Planning on looking into the ignition switch n starter next....any help would be fine if someone having the same problem. Thanks

if it's just not starting when the engine is hot, the engine or battery ground is poor.

I had similar issues with my 87 mustang. I was able to solve the problem by changing the starter. No starting issues since.
