Just got a 1990 rmx 250 2 stroke dirtbike
They used to sell streetlegal verions of it back then.even seen my exact bike but plated on craigslist.
My bike has the wiring for all the lights and stuff now and i could get the light and blinkers cheap.
Right now its just a green sticker seeing if anyone has gone thru this also.

Post this question on BARF or BATS. I know the laws for plating a smoker changed in the last couple of years. I can't remember what year the cutoff is.
