I have a 1992 notchback will it pass smog with BBk shortys and x pipe with hi flow cats ?

If the bbk headers have a carb oe # then they should be smog legal. But you will need the factory stock h pipe with the 4 cats to pass

most guys wont check the two to 4 cat difference, the headers have a carb number so u might get away with it, try a couple different spots
