I am sure that it is listed somewhere but I haven't been able to find exactly why to use them through my searching. I have the spindles, rotors, and calipers already and will be installing them very soon. What is the benefit to using them other than the right ball joint? Will my aftermarket suspension still work with them without issues? Thanks in advance!

I am going this same route on mine as well soon, but just the front sn95 control arms.

You get more turning radius out of the sn95 arms because they're 1" longer than fox arms and are skinner too and alow more clearance between your rims and arms.

I'm just trying to figure out if there are any differences between the arms from base model cars to gt's because my local junkyard only has the 3.8L mustangs and I've gotta travel to the South Bay Area for the v8 cars.

I hope this little info helps, let me know what you find out too!

You wheel is going to stick enough where you cant fit a 9 in. In the front, and your better off using the fox control arm and the sn95 spindles and brakes.

Like John and Carlos stated, You will gain track width on the front. If that is a good thing or not, depends on what you want to do with the car. The 03-04 Cobra arms have better bushings and balljoints which will translate to better handling. I personally stuck with fox width arms so that I didnt have the wheel sticking out too far, that will be much more of an issue that the wheel rubbing on the control arm at full lock(this is my problem). All SN95 arms are the same.

I have 94-04 arms on my 1982 running 17x9 +24mm rim with 245/40/17 tire and it sits nice.. looks aggressive but not sticking out too much.. The only issue I was having is that the tie rods would be basically hanging on by a few threads so I got a bumpsteer kit for fox with SN A arms..

I am heading to my local pick n pull and will look for the control arms for you there as sac isn't too far, at least so you know. Thanks for the info I am going to stick to the stock ones with sn95 spindles and breakers. Thanks all for the help.

Right on man! I would compare part numbers at the Fairfield pick n pull but there's only v6's in the yard so that doesn't help me much.

Good luck on your front end build man!

Does it matter if they are v6 arms? I'm bout to go to pick n pull tomorrow and get the v6 ones cuz they don't have any gt's on the yard. And btw clean svo man, I see you in Vallejo all the time.

I have always ran fox control arms on my foxes but I think 94-04 control arms are long, causing the wheels to come out wide. Which throws more of a headache on wheel setups. I ended up doing a whole front suspension setup on my '86 and that has some crazy turn radius, well compared to how stock setup was.
