Around 800 would be cool to get it for. Ive seen a lot of them on craigslist over the years with the cam issue so it would be up to you if you want to fix it. Youre already half way there with the new tranny anyways so you could fix it as a DD or race it lol

Damn thats it lol. Its still on lease for 1500 haha we were thinking about just parting out but idk if its even worth it. I know i dont want it. I wonder how much the cam issue would be to get fixed. Any ideas?

Definately not worth parting it out. To fix the cams might cost a lot depending whats exactly wrong with it. And its probably a pain to do the rear of the motor. Tell her to donate it to a charity for a tax write off. Im not sure how that would work though because she still owes 1500 on it. That would be the best thing to do. Does the car move at all or does the motor not turn over. I think if you donate it, it has to be working for you to get a good amount back. My cousin does smogs for a local auction (Auction City) and the way they do it is they pick up the cars and drop it off to him for smog, if it passes then they sell it on saturdays for good cars. If it fails and they dont want to repair it, it goes in the wednesday auction for mechanic specials. So when they sell the car they deduct all the fees and whats left is what you get for your tax write off. I know its off topic but it should help
