The two holes that bolt on to the spindle to calipers are smaller then the 04 Mach 1 calipers but holes alight very well only way I could make them fit is by drilling the holes bigger and recomendations

need to know specifics:
What year spindles ?
The 04 Mach 1 calipers will bolt onto any 94-04 spindle.
If you can post/forward any pictures of the spindles, and also calipers with brackets I can help diagnose your problem.

It's a sN 95 spindle everything lines up koo but the bolt that goes on the caliper braket has big tread not fine and they looks like the problem I was thinking of drilling the hole bigger on the spindle to make the bolt slide it and tread on the caliper. Bracket
Here's the sN95 spindle with single piston caliper bolts righ up
 -
That's a pic of the sn95 spindle with sn95 bolts it barely grabs treat on Mach 1 calipers and Mach 1 bolts won't fit the sn95 spindle
 -
And herers front pic of the calipers just mocked up cuz sn95 bolts barely hold it won't tread

first problem I see is you need to add some spacers ASAFP to your balljoint and use a CASTLE NUT and a cotter pin through the hole in the balljoint, or you run the risk of that non-locking shitty hardware store nut backing off and your spindle/wheel flopping up and dragging the front of the car along the freeway...

Yeah I got crown nuts already and safety pins I just have them mocked my consern is that braket not bolting to the spindle and it's a sn95 ball joint it very tight there's no play just has small nut only need to use spacers when u run 4 lug ball joints right

a stock castle nut will not make up how much room is there, 4cyl and v8 foxbody balljoints are the same, the control arms are the same. an SN95 balljoint is much shorter. You just need a few washers stacked up above the spindle and below the castle nut to take up the room, 3-4 should do it.

The mach1/cobra calipers use different bolts than v6/gt sn95 calipers unfortunately, you need to get the right sized bolts. I'd suggest taking the calipers and v6/gt bolts into a hardware store to find the right size, which match the length of the v6/gt bolts.

front caliper to spindle mounting bolts are actually the same from 94-04 V6/V8 and the 13" setups.(rear caliper mounting bolts are slightly shorter).
Send me a better picture of the caliper if you can (less glare)
I think I see your problem..... just want to see a clearer picture to confirm

Those are GM 1LE calipers
I guess you "could" drill in order to fit these calipers.
With the "Ford" rotors the caliper will bolt up and NOT rub on the rotor ?

yeah should bolt up never heard that problem thing mustang guy is on to something the corvettes did come with these same calipers

Lol shit I feel that I betrade my ford with these gm calipers but for free I can't complain they were giving to me for free thinking they were cobra brakes I just finished drilling out the passenger side and the 98 cobra 13inch rotors actually did bolted up real good with out a rub u guys bin a real big help thanks ones again.

just remember the bleed valve goes up make sure ur have them on the "right" side lol idk about brake lines should work if you buy cobra stock b rakelines use new copper washers I remember I needed a extra fitting i got off ebay to make it work on my fox hardlines

Yeah I'll do that just liked at my friends pbr calipers and he has the bleeding nipple ontop what would hapin if it stays in the bottom I already had it the wrong way lol

Nothing I had mine like that for a few months. I was a bitch to bleed the air bubbles stay in the line hence why the bleeder needs to be facing up.
