i just picked up a auto meter phantom air/fuel gauge and it says it only works with narrow band o2 sensors, so my question is, are my o2 sensors narrow or wideband?

They are narrow band. FYI the air/ratio gauge is only accurate at Stoich (14.7-1) afr. Narrow band sensors are 0-1v as wideband sensors are 0-5v.
I would invest in a true wideband if you want to acually know what air fuel ratio your car is running.

I use a narrow band just cuz i got it for free. It basically just lets you know youre running rich @ WOT. Im gonna get a wideband when i slap a new motor in.

I tapped into the wire up where the o2 sensor harness plugs into the main harness. I forget what color the wires were. I think it might have been a red or blue wire, one for the left sensor, one for the right
