My Friend Gave Me A Free Pioneer Deck, Very Nice And I'm Good Condition But Doesn't Play Sound. I Bought A New Harness Assuming That Was The Problem But Still Sound Any Thoughts?

Most aftermarket decks have internal amplifiers that sometimes blow which would cause that problem. When that happens you can send it in for repair which usually costs more then its worth or you can sell it for parts...

Do yourself a favor and buy a new one. Usually good condition means it works

We used to send all the factory stuff out to a place called Speed-o-tach in Concord, Dunno if they are still around.

im assuming there is power? check the speaker connections, or just run a test wire straight from the deck to a 'out of car' speaker instead of using the car speakers...check the sound settings (fader, balance)...

Take the two plugs of the amp and by pass them and the harness should plug righ on the plugs that' go on the amp
