Yes u can u just need to get the manuel rails and the equipment from probably a v6 seat or somthin cuz my boi did it for me cuz my seat motor went out

Its 4 10mm bolts to remove your power track and bolt on a manual track. I broke 2 power tracks before I gave up and switched to a manual, they weigh a hell of a lot less too.
