I have a 02 gt lowered with the eibach pro-kit and the front tires are worn from the inside one tire is bumpy bald and the other is starting to show wire my question is does a simple alignment fix this issue or am I gonna need camber plates??? Should I get an alignment first and see if I need them?? Thanks in advanced

I think any drop 1.5 inches or more is recommended to have cc plates and a bumpsteer kit. You will probably want to invest in the steeda X2 ball joints also to help fix your front suspension geometry.
