my friend has a problem with his 95 5.0 it stays reved up between shifts and even when he puts it in neutral it seems to stay at 2k then it drops down after a few seconds...what do we look for and how do we fix it

tps set? vacuum leaks? if not depending on the set up you would need a tune.
