Hey guys I just got a coupe and It Boggs and back fires from time to time I was thinking timing or just needs spark plug and wires but this happen after driving for 10 min.Now I was just wondering if someone had a similar problem and where should I start first thanks.

clean mass air sensor.... with mass air sensor cleaner just $5 @ any auto store

check ur mass air flow and check ur vacum lines could have a small leak

when u clean mass air be careful not to touch the screen or to spray the cleaner to close is hella sensative

carefully clean mass air meter.check for vacuum leaks.also check timing with a light.check all connections like cap, rotor, plugs and wires.run some codes. thats just what id do...i ve had this happen on some of the 5.0s ive had.

Has the fuel pump everbeen replaced? Fuel filter? I know You just bought it but might want to ask the dude who sold it to Ya.

Thanks guys I went ahead and swapped out my maf that I had laying around and drove around for 20 min so no problems so hopefully I solved it [Razz]
