I have a 351W in my fox. I didnt do the install so I am chasing problems as they come up.

I know this car has 24lb injectors on it, but I am NOT positive it has a 24lb MAF on it. The car runs really rich...

Q: I assume the 24lb injectors will still run with a 19lb MAF but it would be rich, right? Or would I be fouling injectors, etc? Sometimes I get a pretty bad idle surge that goes away if I rev the engine pretty good. Any thoughts?

I should also let you know that there is an 89mm(i measured) MAF(looks factory ford) housing in it as well.

Yup, Ford cal'd the PCM, not the MAF, for injector size. That's why you can take the sensor from the housing and swap into MAF's like a C&L...and cal it via a sample tube change.

Thanks John. I assume thats why I'm running rich. Probably need to get my hands on a twEECer sometime soon. I will be stepping up to 40-50lb inj and bolting up my s-trim after i figure out my small problems like that steering issue.
