Stop buying the garbage BBK sells is your first move. All of their throttle bodies do that.
Get an edelbrock. BBK copied their design but is not as well made a product. Or you can go accufab/holley but they aren't smog legal

my edelbrock t/b has a bbk stamp on it, from my understanding bbk makes the edelbrock t/b for them.

how to correct it? Don't buy cheap throttle bodies. how to fix it if you bought a car with a cheap throttle body? Sell it and buy a quality piece.

Vice versa. BBK paid edelbrock to use their design. Same way professional products is a cheap version of the rpm/rpm1

This is what I have heard.
1. Clean up the sharp edges where the Idle Air Bypass mounts up to the TB.
2) Drill a small hole in the blade.
drilling the hole will just raise the idle, but it works.
