You got a new TPS...but did you set it correctly?

Also, HCI is a pretty generic term. What exactly do you have?

Its not a brand new tps but I tried 3 differnt ones but it is a new idle air valve and I'm pretty sure the tps is on rite. Upgrades are gt40 heads e303 cam eldelbrock intake 75mm mas air calbrated for 19lb injectors 373 gears 70mm tb full exaust and its a five speed oh ya and it has a cold air intake

to set your tps correctly, follow this procedure: tps setup

it's not just a plug and play deal. hope this helps.

Coo thanxs guys I'm gonna try the tps thing tom and the map sensor. But I did figure out that it idles fine at first start of the day or after sitting for awhile and while driving stop and go. but say like I stop at the store or sumthing and shut off and then restart after about 5-10min it starts to surge until its driven for a min then surging stops
