So here’s the deal…

1. Power window, passenger side:

- Window doesn’t “roll down,” but “rolls up” when controlled by “passenger side” controls

- Rolls up and down just fine when controlled by “driver side” controls

2. Power lock, passenger side:

- Doesn’t “unlock,” but locks when controlled by both “driver side” and “passenger side” controls

- When using keychain, it doesn’t “unlock” only the passenger side

Any info would be helpful. Thanks! [patriot]

try and change the switch - the whole unit that controls the passenger side. might be bad.
have you taken it apart to see if any wires are damaged.

No, I haven't taken it apart yet.. all just happened earlier..

What particular switch are you talking about? Where is it located? (Sorry dumb questions)

first off- there arent any dumb questions - everyone has a learning curve - feel free to ask whatever [patriot] [Big Grin]

and the switch im talkin about is the whole unit that is on the door - i wish i was off work to add pics , but basically its the actual switch on the door [Big Grin]
held in by two screws. just unscrew it- comes right off....
i had a similar problem - and got a used one from foxbody - he is here on the site - or try haulinass motorsports [patriot]

Also check the relays might be at fault.

the switch is the button you are pushing at the passenger door, it sounds like the window switch is bad and the door lock actuator is bad, or some of the wiring is messed up going to those parts (after market speakers ghetto installed?)
