Correct me if I'm wrong here, but if you opt to remove the quad shocks, it's probably a good idea to step up to a torque arm and not just the stock uppers and lowers configuration. Without the quad shocks or a torque arm, there's nothing to manage the rotational motion of the rearend.

Torque arm, panhard bar, and a good set of lower control arms. With this setup you can ditch the uppers and the quad shocks.

Maximum Motorsports or Griggs are the way to go

i was under the impression that it was your daily driver, since you say its not, get a panhard bar/torque arm/lower control arms/full length sub frame connectors.
