What brand tranny fluid are you guys using in your T-5's? And how many quarts does it take?

Any brand youd like..as along as its Dexron 3 ATF.....

im running the redline atf. i decided to put some good stuff in there since i dont wanna be doing it again. 2 1/2 will do just fine.

yeah i usually drain it and then refill it through the shifter hole...just put 3 quarts in it and call it a day.

The GM synchro mesh is The best... way better than redline and Im a big fan for redline products, There wharehouse is right next to me
