basically, my windshield wipers are not working. i replaced the fuses, replaced the turn signal arm/wiper arm .. but to no avail, still doesn't work.. sucks because the rain is going to be coming soon, could it possibly be the wiper motor itself?

use a voltmeter at the plugs for the wiper motor to determine if voltage is being sent to it when you turn them on.

well i finally had time to get around to trying to solve the issue. i tested my wiper motor itself on a friends mustang, and it worked on his. i switched turn signal arms and they worked on his car. and finally i tried running a positive line to the motor and grounded it but it didnt work.. is it bad wiring or something in side of the car (under the dash) ??? if so, where should i be looking??
