Who does the best work in the Bay Area on 4.6 DOHC rebuilds... looking for new shortblock with forged flat top pistons and rods, Federal Mogul main bearings, ARP bolts etc... I have heard about HCI but not sure if I want to drive all the way out to Sacramento.

hci is a very repectable shop with a good rep. my buddies motor was built by them and i will tell you what,it hauls ass.
