Ok here's the deal my T-5 tranny is shot to hell and I'm probably gonna end up buying a used t-5 for now until I'm done saving up for the T-5 they have in Summit catalog label Ford "One tough Tranny" T-5 $1110 w/ low 2.95 1st gear. Can someone please tell me the difference between a borg warner T-5 and a world class T-5. I also would like to know wether the tranny offered buy Summit racing is a WC T-5 or a Borg Warner T-5???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure all 85+ Mustang T5's were World class...

The 2.95 first gear super alloy gear world class T5 is actually called the Z spec T5...
