Need help replacing the window motors. I ordered a kit from 50resto.com and was wondering how hard would it be. Yesterday day my passenger side window finally gave up (not bad for being almost 20 years old). This is the kit I bought. Do I need anything else like rivets or something?

Nope, no rivets needed. The four square gaskets are for the window tracks, they are straight forward to change. They are held in by an 11mm nut; just unbolt the track and slip them off the ends, one end at a time. The window motors a cinch, you only need an 8mm socket..they are held in by 3 self-tapping bolts. Make sure you disconnect the connector on the motor prior to removing/unbolting it...it's a PITA if you forget. As for the door panel clips, if you don't have the correct tool...buy it. The 79-86 door panels are considerably weaker than the 87+ models.
