Can anyone recommend a shop that can inspect/repair convertible leaks? Water is entering somewhere either through the rear window or where the vert top meets the body.

ABC Upholstery in san jose,window alingment to.
LOOK in the yellow pages they have a grip of convertible shops in san jose.

Bascom Trim in Santa Clara is probably the best in the area. But, also on the expensive side.
