I had a problem like that in my '95 before but it didn't do it when turning just every once and a while. Look underneath your dash where all the wires are and look for one around the steering column that might have a spice in the cover and might be touching metal when you turn the wheel.

ROFL!!! [Roll Eyes] [patriot]
I would check for a short under the dash, possible a wire could have dis-connected itself over the years...

In my 87, one of my bolts came loose behind the horn button, everythime i would move it in the right way, the bolt would make contect with the two horn wires. It was really funny showing up to work honking like crazy with all the customers watching... but that's another story. I just took the horn fuse out until I got home and fixed my wheel.
