Does this clicking noise occur when you are turning and you have your turn signal on? Myne clicks when i crank the wheel real hard when i turn with the turn signal on.

This just happens when I turn the steering wheel to the left. It sounds like if its coming form the axle, or something right inside the left wheel. Sorry im not good with the terminology.

It might be that the front ball joints are going bad. You might want to get a Front end kit from Polygraphite Performance for $189 call to order (800)247-2288. If anything call them to see if they know anything.
