will here is an update on the tranny issue.... i took it to ford and they said my tranny is fine but your clutch is fucken for some reason i wad releave 
but anyways heres a question for you tech guys what clutch should i get and is it hard to do your self.......do any of you no where i can get a how to index on it thanks for all your help Cal

I just installed a RAM 900 series, I'll let you know how it goes. I'll tell you right now that the clutch peddle is stiffer...

I just had a clutch put in my car about 2000 miles or so and it seems to be a little softer now then when it was first put in is that normal??? or maybe I just got use to it dont know

Clutches usually feel pretty grabby when you first put them in. After they break in, usually that will go away.
