What pistons? Rods? Heads? Cams? I'm staying N/A.. my goal is 11's... Matt (9COBRA8) what pistons are you running for 12:1 ? fuel delivery system? Oil? I'd like around 350-375 rwhp n/a... I'm almost dipping 12's w/ 271 so I think w/ 375 roughly I may be able to pull of an 11 w/ e.t streets/slicks...

any idea's would help.. thanks

Your heads are going to kill you. About $2,500 for a good complete set. Talk to wikd281. His motor is getting built at hCI in SAC. If your block is still good, you can get a rebuild for around $4,000

You might check into the NMRA mod motor class. Those guys are already doing what you are hoping to. It won't be cheap, and it won't be easy.

After probably $5-7k you'll be where a $500 hit of N20 would have taken your stock stuff.

here are just a few things that would be more cost effective and beneficial then a rebuild right now..
1. long tubes...
2.MAJOR intake work.. and im not talking about a simple IMRC kit here...
3.dump some weight.K-member,seats, ETC..
4. DRIVING !!!!!
what good does 375RWHP do you if you cant get out to the 13's w/ it ????? LOL
MATT... im not busting your balls...ok well i am , but think about it ..w/ just some bolt-ons your car is traping at 107mph+.. w/ the above mods im sure you would see a 110-112mph no problem.. why the rebuild now ? do you have $5k EASY burning a hole in your pocket? him me up on IM'er..
