with my 89 GT, every time i start up my car and begin to drive i get a rattling noise (a reallllly looooud on) when i let off the gas. i have single chamber flowmasters with turn downs and a h-pipe. but after like 5 minutes or so..the noise goes away when i let off the gas. why is the rattle even there?

Have you been a bad boy and been using less than 91? Do you have too much initial timing in it??

no i use premium gas. brian (try2paz) and i changed my timing a while back so i can use 91.
