The whole "take over payments" part should say
"pay off my loan with your own refinance,or cash"
There's no taking over his payments. you get your own loan,etc.
Which doesn't make any sense,because either way the loan gets paid and it shouldn't effect his price by $3k(unnecessary loss on your end buddy)same process of paying your loan,you just lose $3k for no reason. LOL
