Do you know if these will bolt up onto fox brackets and go in a fox?Ive heard it both ways, some say that 99 seats fit in foxes and some say no. If so what's your location?

Yes they will bolt on..You just have to make the rear holes oblonged so that they sit right..10 minutes worth of work and a drill....
