Well, it depends on the heads. But with a 60cc chamber it is bout 10:8 to 1

I don't see a single balance mark, any reason u say it s balanced? and wheres the harmonic balancer and flywheel?

Ummmm. IF you look @ the top of the caps they have been machined. (weight matched) and you cant see balance marks on the crank because your not looking @ the bottom of the counterweight. Any machinist would know that. But since im sure your interested I can send you pictures of the balancing holes. AND if you would like pictures of the balancer & flywheel I can send those too!
