Just trying to be helpful. Ignore if its not.
The discharge tube you can get from Summit, 25.00
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/VOR-4FG012-011/
If you need the Bypass Valve, you can get a Bosch valve at a Volkswagon dealer (0280142102). It's better than the Vortech one anyway. The rest should be easy to find at an auto parts store.
The whole kit like you show is this:
