Don't be surprised after you replace the batteries, that you will have to replace the FICM.

I got mine free under warranty from Ford. Known problems that are going to happen soon. Check the long heater hose that runs over the drivers side valve cover to passenger side heater core. The hose rubs very bad on the FICM, which is located over the drivers side valve cover, very bad design. You will get to know what a FICM is in the near future and when you do order it, order it as a half shell, which is a half computer and you won't have to reprogram it this way and its cheaper that way. Also when you get the price on a FICM you will die but I can sell you a new FICM under my Ford dealer account for cheaper when you need one. On the alternator, it's easy if you get someone to help you and it will take 5 minutes to do. You need someone to hold up the belt up with tension and away from the alternator while you do the alternator, otherwise if the belt falls down off the other pulleys it will be a bitch to get it back on the other pulleys.
