Well, I get $100 just for a black dash and $100 for the 3 piece center console in black, so he is not too far off in price.

He is indeed right in the ballpark
Real world value on these range from $100-$150 each in nice condition especially a console which hasn't been drilled for aftermarket radio
It is all about supply and demand ....
