Benny, you are crazy, check out this link, S-trim, SC-trim,SQ-trim and SI-trim are have around the same limits. Put a 2.95 pulley on it and get a tune and you will be a lot quicker than any HCI setup.

Bennie put some 1.7s on your stock motor and toss that S trim on like lee said with the 2.95 and a tune!!

Our buddy pat went 11.80s I think with an S trim on a stock longblock didnt he Lee?

Dan, I don't remember, I am getting old. Benny was at my house yesterday and was thinking on tossing the blower and getting a HCI setup because he can't believe a blower will make more HP than a HCI.

The blower will make a lot more power than the heads, cam, and intake you will get with the $1300! You just have to tune it properly. My stocker picked up over 10mph with the SQ trim and I still had the stock thottlebody, intake, heads, and cam. It would have taken a lot to get 10mph out of it without boost. However, my mail order tune was no good and I kept blowing head gaskets. This was 12 years ago. Get a wideband O2!
