Im from San Jose, ca. I bought a 96 GT but the previous owner hollowed out the cats on it. Does anyone know how many cats need to be good in order to pass smog in California. Thanks for any help.

my 96 gt had 4 cats stock on it i have the stock hpipe from my 98 cobra not sure if its the same but if so just make me an offer.

96-98 GT's = 6 cats

96-04 Cobra and 99-04 GT's = 4 cats
