Yeah summit chargess about $300 more for the polished versions. But the RPM is not made anymore since tEdelbrock came out with the RPM II, which is a better performing intake. You probably wont get more than $450 - $500 for it.

I strongly DISAGREE
maybe for a stroker motor

the original rpm intake IMO(and most head/intake porters will also agree)is a way better intake then this newer rpm II

well. . . . . why is it better??? theres obviously a reason why the rpm2 is so popular and the rpm 1 is now discontinued......how is it better in your opinion???

please dont take it the wrong way but its getting a little off the point.this guy is just trying to sell some car parts.if you disagree with the price thats cool but just move on.and to the seller if the price is too high then he will eventually come down or he wont sell it.ive had this happen on a couple of my threads on other forums and twice the would be buyers ended up backing out becaue of the other talking that was getting posted on the thread.

this intake is part number 7126
the original edelbrock performer
no longer being produced
600is better price than i have seen anywhere
this part is brand new in the box never installed
not a used part if you find it cheaper NEW in the same condition than let me know my price is too high

How do you say that summit is selling it for 800 then if you can't buy one new anymore?
