First one is a Mac performance h pipe with high flow cats came off 97 cobra not sure if it will fit newer. This pipe has marks on the bottom and the cats will not let you pass smog well atleast not me. Was on the car for a few years.

Second is a BBK Short H pipe no cats for BBK Long Tube headers on a 87-93 5.0. If I rember correctly the two hangers are cut off. Some slight surface rust.
