Wednesday the 14th is the last one. They aren't racing this week. They will complain about the battery, but I am sure they'll let you race once without the switch back there.

Yes, if you don't pass tech then you can hand in your tech card and get your money back.
Hopefully it won't rain. However, if it does then they will give you a rain check, not a refund.
