You show up. Pay $45. Run as many times as you like/time permits. It's not bracket racing. Run, get timeslip, make any adjustments, run again. Test and Tune.

Sorry, most people on here don't know what tune means. Run, hot lap it, do it again. Why do I go slower? Well, most cars run better when they are cooler. You want warm oil, cool motor so you don't spin a bearing. Make a pass, change one thing (tire pressure for example), let it cool and run again. If it helps, change something else and see if that works. If you go slower, put the pressure back to what it was. The problem with changing 5 things at once is that you don't know what hurts or what helps. This isn't directed at any one person, so don't get butthurt!

street legal vehicles only get 3 passes?? thats really not worth 45bucks. i can go on a wednesday and pay 15bucks and get 3 passes.

No it says street legal vehicles MAY BE limited to 3 passes. Every time I have went I have gotten at least 7 passes. One time I got 11-12, at the end of the night I just ran it and went right back to the staging lanes and 1 minute later ran again... It's fun to test out different setups. One time I went out there and made a couple runs with cutouts closed and then opened them up, etc...

We're towing the 98 Cobra up there and hopefully we'll get some good times. Its going to be the maiden voyage of our SHM Motor. We're going all day which might suck since its supposed to be 100 [Eek!]

If you see this car don't be afraid to come say hello [patriot]

it only says that incase many illegal street cars show up like rails or funnycars but not many show up so you don't need to worry about that.

Track is closed anyways, we were just there 40mph winds going across the track and HELLA dust. The guy at the gate said there was 1/2 an inch of dust on the track and everytime they cleaned it off it just came back. We got there at 10am for the all day racing and they canceled that and told us to come back at 4 and hopefully the winds would die down there. We came abck and the winds were much worse.

Good thing I didn't go up. This would have been the 2nd time in a row that I tried to go up there and the track was closed.
